Poor Experience

No contact number. For example: you make a typo when setting up your quote via comparison website and only realise afterwards. With a normal broker, you ring up and amend your policy. OneCall however, hide behind their live chat feature for which they charge, so you have no chance of ringing them to explain. And then they hike your policy premium when they amend your policy anyway. Overall: not recommended. Reviewed on: 27th September 2023
