Reply from Bath Building Society Hi Chris, thank your for your feedback. Clearly 54 minutes to receive a one time password is unacceptable and not what our typical customers are experiencing. It should be received within a matter of seconds. Would you be kind enough to contact us and provide us with more information so that we can try and identify the root cause of this issue and fix it?
