Worst company everrrrr

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tesco insurance after reporting a flood incident on my car. It took them a staggering three months to send someone to assess the damage. After finally picking up the car and two subsequent calls, they initially claimed it was written off, only to later backtrack, stating there was no water damage, and suggested repairing it. This level of inconsistency and prolonged process is not only frustrating but also detrimental to one's mental health. I strongly advise avoiding Tesco car insurance based on this ordeal.
