Faultless

I chose a mid-range sort of policy for my rescue crossbreed who I thought was in robust health and unlikely to need much in the way of veterinary care in the coming years... I was VERY wrong and she has had two serious surgeries within a month of each other along with other more minor complaints, bringing the total vet bill to tens of thousands. The Bought By Many claims process was completely painless every time and quickly paid. The cherry on top is, after these costly claims, the renewal price was barely more than the previous year (and very clearly due to factors other than my claim history). Very pleased indeed.
