Super-efficient

The staff on the telephone are very friendly, very engaging, but super efficient. I received two emails informing me of the impending necessity to renew our caravan insurance and each time I missed the email. I received a third email which actually came through and I spoke to a lady by the name of Helen, who was very very accommodating of my request. All is now sorted out to our satisfaction and we have renewed for another year. I think one of the endearing features of the caravan and motorhome club Insurance branch is that they are prepared to listen and not just sell sell sell. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023
