Good Quality for the money.

The caravan club has also been at the end of the telephone, you can speak to a helpful assistant, if they are unable to help you she/he will find someone who can, or ring you back. One occasion they sent the travel books out to us which didn't arrive on time we were leaving for a holiday the next morning. The company when above and beyond a member of staff personally delivered it to our home. That was amazing service. Also Red pennant insurance cover have been a great support when we need them. I have been a member for 25 years. The caravan club are therefore the customer 100% nothing is to much for them. They are helpful, professional, polite always at the end of a phone if you prefer to speak to a person because some of us don't always feel comfortable using the Internet.
