First renewal all went smoothly

My first renewal required minor changes and everything was dealt with very efficiently and politely over the phone and the premium change was negligible, very satisfied with the service provided. Changed to Caravan Guard at renewal, super service

Changed provider to Caravan Guard at last renewal, an easy process thanks to call centre operator being very knowledgeable about their products and helped enormously with the precautions I could take and tailored a quote that fitted my circumstances at a very competitive price. Prompt service on updating and renewal

Spoke to an agent by phonevto upgrade value in like for like replacement in case of claim in light of values of new equivalents have skyrocketed and addition of levelling system and aircon fitment. Just increasing excess by a small amount provided a quote that was lower than last year, so very happy with that. Great help from agent. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023
