Horrible service

They’re called one call but don’t actually have a number you can call them on. Had to get a temporary insurance because they didn’t send me any documents after I’d paid them to set up a policy. Only sent me my documents after I contacted them by live chat to cancel my policy. They said they’d reimburse me but apparently never received my emails with evidence of the temporary policy. Sent them 3 more emails with no response. Spent a week live chatting to eventually resolve the issue. Scummy company Reviewed on: 29th September 2023
