Great company to deal with

I was in Italy this year and we were caught in a terrible hail storm. Unfortunately, our beloved caravan sustained significant damage. We called the insurance company and they answered very quickly. They were extremely helpful and sent the forms out the same day. I then filled out the forms and they got back to me within days. The assessor has now been out - he was very professional and Friendly. Overall they have made a stressful situation much easier. I have never claimed anything before and I have only ever heard bad stories about insurance companies. I would highly recommend this insurance company. Great customer service so far. Thank you!
