Avoid like the plague!!

Absolutely avoid this company, like the plague. Trying to withdraw your lump sum pension, what a joke!!, so far i am in week 11 in the process, and always an excuse, as to why letters are not sent, or returned forms are not actioned - Continually blame the Royal Mail. Communication is zero. Currently I have personal information, now lost, which is now leaving me open to fraud. All apologies are just shallow. The stress this company causes is just unbelieveable.
