Exceptional customer service from Simon

My wife and I received exceptional customer service from Simon at the Rugby branch. Having spoken to him on the phone we travelled some distance to open an account with him. He was friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgable & highly efficient. All customer service should be this good. He is a great asset for the Hinkley and Rugby Building Society !
