Claims Payment.

Overall pay out time was very disappointing. After phoning several times and being told a cheque had been raised and was asked if I'd prefer a BACS transfer, I changed it to a BACS transfer which took 2 weeks to arrive in my account. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023

If we are not in receipt of bank details at the time of a claim, we do issue cheques, however this process does take longer than if we have BACS details provided. Once BACS details are provided, the payments should go through in 3-5 working days dependant on the receiving account, If you would like us to investigate why your payment took longer than expected, please contact us.
