In branch service review

The staff are always friendly and helpful whenever we visit the branch. Over the last 6 months when we have been dealing with a bereavement and probate they have been very supportive dealing with the process. They have shown great compassion, professionalism and we never feel rushed. All staff are great but especially Naomi, Andrea and Neil who we have seen. They are a credit to MBS.
