I have been with MBS for many years and can access accounts online. However I always have questions so prefer to visit the branch. Today I called into Cardiff, Queen Street, and Anthony helpfed me open and transfer funds. Anthony was extremely patient, very thorough, cheerful and at no time made to deel rushed.
