Love the fact that you have lots of local branches so that I can go in and chat to someone in person. Staff at Caerleon Road branch, Newport, are always so knowledgeable and friendly. Reviewed on: 20th September 2024

Already recommended a friend. Rate change letters - can they be produced in one letter instead of five or 6 if you have that many accounts? Staff are always very friendly with me. Lovely, friendly staff - I am in every week. Reviewed on: 19th September 2024
