Renewed landlord insurance today

I spoke to Dashi and what can I say about her! I have never spoken to anyone as nice as Dashi! She went out of her way and sorted out the maximum discount for me. She was so polite and friendly over the phone. She made sure that I was happy with all the service which your company provide because I have 4 separate policies with you! She informed about the portfolio insurance as well. I am very satisfied with the response I got from her. I feel like she must be a great asset to your team.
