Fast response and effective customer support

I have been using Laka for a few months and at the beginning I was a bit doubting about the insurance for my bicicle since it was my first time insuring it. Unfortunately, my bicycle was stolen, but I raised the claim with Laka without too much effort they have repaid by bicycle value within a week. I was absolutely surprised. They have also been so honest by telling me that the value I insured my bicycle was lower than the actual cost to replace even though I bought it second hand. Absolutely, will recommend and will go back to them again. Reviewed on: 4th October 2023
