Great humans who run business with brilliant fundamentals and execution

I have been with Laka since 5 months. Have lost my Giant 2 TCR that was stolen from the front of Primary School in Pimrose Hill. The way the claim was dealt with was phenomenal. The team was genuinely empathetic, I was kept informed about duration of each procedure, the online webpage where the process is handled is excellent and very intuitive. Foremost, I love the concept of business that is rooted in the community, like Laka is. Happy to pay a bit higher premium for excellent quality service delivered by outstanding individuals.
