Collection Desk Closed

Advised to collect currency after 3pm, arrived just after 3pm to find lady had just gone on a 30 minute break. Couldn't wait and there was no guarantee they wouldn't be on a break the following day so had to cancel order. Now have to wait up to 10 working days to get my money back. Very poor service. Reviewed on: 5th October 2023
