Absolutely terrible customer experience

Took over a month, several phone calls, and dozens of emails for them to finally approve a balance transfer. If the end result was my getting approval, why was I required to follow up continuously? All departments are disconnected. No one responds to emails, messages through the portal, and the "Customer Care" team have no idea what they're doing. Reviewed on: 6th October 2023
