Very helpful, just the cover I need at good price.

Your guy I that spoke to on the phone, Erik, was extremely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. He went off and spoke to underwriters to get answers to some technical questions I asked about the exact scope of the cover. He took the time to email me back with those answers. Erik was a good clear communicator, he was patient, polite and very helpful, he should be congratulated on his customer skills and product knowledge.
