Terrible car breakdown service. Waited over 12 hours !!

RAC awful !! Do HSBC know what a crap service they offer.?
We were left waiting for over 12 hours, being told they had upgaded our priority only to be told it was another 4 hour wait. Then their sister company said they would come get us,another 2 hour wait to then be told he could only take us some of the way !! We were left at another services . Felt abandoned and certainly not s recovery service as you would expect.
