Great peace of mind and they really came through when needed

Having had travel insurance many times and not needed it my response to feedback used to be about ease of purchase and range offered. However now I have experienced needing to call on insurance for surgery and a hospital stay abroad, I have much more to make an assessment on. Travel4Medical were very good overall. There were a couple of issues initially but with some firm discussion these were resolved and the company were great at meeting the hospital costs, arranging the journey home and reimbursing additional expenditure. The call centre staff were accessible and helpful and the claims team were quick and efficient settling the claim. Overall I was impressed. Reviewed on: 9th October 2023
