Excellent policy!

This has proved to be an excellent travel policy. Unfortunately I took ill and needed to make a claim. As I was in USA, it was easy to nominate my mother deal with the insurance company on my behalf. She found the customer service reps to be approachable and knowledgeable and the two claims were dealt with extremely efficiently. I would highly recommend this provider!
