Caring and friendly

After taking out an insurance through a Cruise company, 2 weeks before departure my Husband failed his HGV Medical on informing the company they withdrew his policy. They did not care that we had been looking forward so much for this special break. All I was told was that we could claim and not go on our cruise. I phoned 4 Medical and gave the full details. I was told there was not a problem and that we both could be covered for our trip. I would not use anyone else for travel insurance as they were so caring and kind when I was so upset by the other company. Reviewed on: 10th October 2023
