Nationwide have been excellent

I moved to Nationwide last year from TSB and have been very impressed. Ease of use, clear statements and easy transfer of money. Only had to call them once but found them very helpful. Security seems good with use of card reader, passcodes etc. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Excellent

Very easy to sign up, and a very helpful staff member who sorted out the complications around the fact that I was changing my caravan the week the insurance ran out but having to wait two weeks before getting the new one- and reduced the premium! Reviewed on: 10th October 2023
