Poor Service when making a claim

When you make a claim with this insurance company it is a nightmare. Understandably they want to know all the in and outs but their response back is in all company and political jargon. Very frustrating to say the least, Strange how they do not use jargon when they are taking your premiums though Reviewed on: 11th October 2023
