Opening an Account - Don't waste your life away

Do not try and open a Business Account with this bank unless you want to waste weeks of your life. It appears even more difficult if you are already a personal customer of the bank. I have nothing to say about the last 6 weeks I have spent opening a business account which I am still unable to access. Truly amazing that this bank has a single customer.
