We had had insurance for our dog for over 10years ,not always with more than. When we had to use the vet and they made a claim More than put into the hands of Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations .
who accused us of making a false claim even though we paid the vet in full and the excess was £100 and 20% of the claim, so what is in this for us, why would we make a false claim.
They are rude and they simply do not care.do not use them.
