We made a claim through out veterinary practice at least two months ago. No response. Not impressed. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Reply from The Insurance Emporium Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear of your comments. Unfortunately we are not able to review your claim for your without any policy details. We have found one policy where a claim form was requested in July 2023, however nothing has been received from a Veterinary Practice. If this is the policy, then it might be worth checking with the treating vets practice to ensure they have sent through to the correct email address.
