Best pet Insurance company ever

We have been with Insurance Emporium for a number of years and insured out previous Yorkie and have our current one insured with them.We have highly recommended them to family and friends. When our Bella had to be put to sleep at nearly 14 we informed IE that she was no longer with us.A few days later we received a refund unexpectedly..Our Yorkie Mazey is 4 years old now and insured with I.E..On getting our new schedule we were shocked to see a couple of exclusions for the next year..On contacting our vet who confirmed Mazey had no such problems to warrant the exclusions I contacted I.E..After a few phonecalls and chats with really lovely people at I.E the exclusions have been lifted and I will happily renew my policy.Special thanks to Vicky who persevered and took our complaint to her managers.Together they looked through Mazey's previous medical history and agreed the exclusions were unjustified..
