First ever insurance claim

I have recently had to put in for my first ever insurance claim, which in this instance was for my pet! She has recently gone through a traumatic experience for her, being attacked by a fox which left her with infections and broken bones. As this was my first claim I was sceptical about what to do and what I was actually covered for. The lady who I spoke with was so informative and really empathetic of the situation.
