5-star Pet Insurance - 5-Star service!

Recent serious injuries to my cat required a necessarily-protracted insurance claim, which was handled compassionately, professionally, promptly and seamlessly from start to finish. Customer Service staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and efficient and claims were assessed and paid at lightning speed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are without doubt THE go-to pet insurance company with excellent value-for-money premiums and a no-nonsense, customer-focused business model.
