Kind, thoughtful and quietly efficient

When my dog had to have an operation and subsequently had to be put to sleep, the person at the end of the phone understood and didn’t make a fuss when I broke down and couldn’t finish the call. Most recently, when my card payments unexpectedly stopped the matter was dealt with over the phone quickly and immediately without having to put me through to another department or operator. Consequently, the problem was sorted,I had continuity of care and was very happy. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
