Review of the The Insurance Emporium, Pet insurance:

Reasonably priced, easy to deal with

I have 3 lifetime pet policies with them and unfortunately have had to claim on one of them. However, Insurance Emporium were easy to deal with, and when I had a question about my claim, spoke with me on the phone to put my mind at ease. The response email was thoughtful and caring. Whilst I have seen an increase in my yearly charges, this is to be expected due to pet ages and the claim made and not more than any other insurance company I've used. The friendly team at the end of the phone when needed are worth sticking with. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
