Brilliant

If I have had payments bounce you will always give me a courtesy call to see what’s going on instead of just cancelling my insurance, coming from someone that has poor mental health and is not working, money is a bit of an issue, however when I have missed a payment there is always steps that can be taken to keep my insurance instead of it being cancelled, you are very fourth coming and understand that things happen.
