The reassurance you need your furbabies are going to be okay if/when time comes

The truth is, we love our furbabies more than we love ourselves, and that’s why I want to make sure I will be able to afford the healthcare they need if something comes up. I, of course, WISH nothing happens and I just “waste” money on insurance, but the security that I will be financially capable to afford surgeries if needed, is a huge plus. I don’t have many claims, luckily, but I did have one with The I Insurance Emporium a while ago for my little Loki. Truth is, he didn’t make it in the end, but vets have done every test they could to make sure they find out what it is and how to fix it, and also took great care to make him as comfortable as possible. When time came to make the claim for the… quite expensive procedures, the insurance procedure was easy and straightforward, and they send me the money with no problems. Even when I had to cancel the policy for him as he was no longer with us, the gentleman on the phone was very efficient, professional and comforting. I did end up crying because it was still very raw, but he was just so sweet - big kudos to phone operator. I was too hurt by the loss at that moment, so I couldn’t remember the name, but if someone from the company sees this, please give him a pay rise, he deserves it. I have two more cats and they’re good and healthy, but they are getting a bit old now, so it’s better to be safe than sorry. I have policies for both of them as well, and will carry on using this company as they have not let me down yet. Thank you for helping us with our fur babies and for being different than the rest of the companies which just grab your grab and won’t help you when you need it most. In short, I’ve used the company for years, made claims and got money back swiftly and with no problems. They are affordable and fair, so yes, I would 100% recommend them.
