Made a difference

I was frustrated in the fact I felt I was being, without their knowledge being discriminated as the web site was extremely frustrating as it appeared the site was not user friendly for severely sight impaired. An email was sent to inform customer service of my needs and preferred formats, font size and preferred colour of paper. A very caring, supportive, mortified staff member, couldn’t have done any more in rectify my concerns that they totally agreed with. She investigated, kept me up to date with regular telephone contact. Changed the procedures they followed following what I had explained to them. I have a direct telephone number to contact them directly. No queue or the annoying press the relevant number to be transferred to another algorithm and ending up on the phone for well over 30 minutes. Kirsty could not have been any more supportive and receptive to the suggestions I made. She is a credit to the Emporium Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
