100% best customer service

You never know how good an insurance company is until you need to make a claim. Having been put in the unfortunate situation of a pet becoming ill the claim process has been straightforward and payment received promptly. On the occasions I have had to call I found the staff to be warm, friendly and professional. Overall extremely happy. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023
