Excellent service

Unfortunately ive had to claim on my insurance a few times over the last few years and have found the customer service excellent, I’ve been talked through my options and helped to make a claim and even when what I thought was a valid claim it was all explained to me in a way I understood why I wasn’t covered for that claim.
