Simply the best

Our car was locked and parked on our drive when another vehicle rolled down the hill in front of our house and smashed into it. As soon as we made the call to One call they complete took over. We were kept updated on the progress of the claim, a replacement vehicle was delivered the following day as promised. The repair was finished to our complete satisfaction and our vehicle was delivered back to us in Cornwall where we were on holiday at the time. Excellent customer service which is so lacking in a lot of companies these days. Would highly recommend Reviewed on: 14th October 2023
