Support at time of need

When our 12 year old west highland terrier was taken ill suddenly on holiday our world was flipped on its head , she received emergency treatment and ongoing specialist treatment at a cost without insurance we could not afford. The communication with the insurance company was first class and we were handled with compassion on multiple occasions , the ease of claim and speed of payment eased the financial pressure in an already pressure situation.
