slightly better than average

Proposal process is a bit complicated, and it's sometimes difficult to spell out medical conditions. The claims process when I had occasion to use it is complicated and needs a doctor's certificate (at extra cost) to provide evidence for the claim Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

Complicated medical claim procedure

On the single occasion I have had to claim, I found the whole process too complicated. I seem to have been treated at first as a potential fraudster and put 'through the hoops' before the claim was finally settled Reviewed on: 14th October 2023
