Help back cash on insurance claim.

The insurance is cheap but you get what you pay for. We had a claim for £300.69, we had to pay excess £101.56 and then refused to pay a further £74.40. There was not detail provided on why the claim was rejected, said too high for hospitalisation, but you never stayed in hospital. So now I’m paying 60% of the total bill. Reply from The Insurance Emporium Good morning, We're sorry to learn you remain unhappy with the settlement of the claim. Our policies include a limitation of £40 per day for hospitalisation (see the Limitations under Vet's Fees section of cover).
