White collar crime

I echo all the comments previously and can only imagine that the intermittent 5 star ones are not bona fide .The only communication i have is my persistent calls to follow up action i have been asked to take.There is something very wrong with this organisation and the deliberate delays .I have made a complaint and it has not been responded to .I have been told attachments weren't on my emails when they were .The list is endless.I will say that the customer service have been polite and have tried to assist within the limited access they have to do so .I am happy to add a further review should i receive my pension sum on the 7th November '23 as indicated .Watch this space !
