Review of the GoSkippy, Car insurance:

HONEST REVIEW PLEASE READ - PLEASE AVOID

My car was stolen which left us devastated as we have disability in the family and relied on our car. GoSkippy refused to provide a courtesy car, said had my car been in an accident/caught fire they would have provided one but not if stolen even though I had taken out comprehensive cover with courtesy car. I had asked to speak to a manager and was put from department to department over a four hour period. In the end I was put on hold, got to around 50 minutes on the queue and then I simply gave up as I was already very distressed with what happened and GoSkippy made it worse. You may wonder why I took out a policy with them, I use to insure with bigger players but having not made a claim for over 10 years and with the cost of living, I decided to try a cheaper option which I am now regretting. Don't be fooled by Defaqto ratings like I was. I would honestly advise you to avoid GoSkippy based on my real experience and find another provider that will stand by you in your hour of need.
