Poor show

It is impossible to contact this company as there are no phone numbers unless you are making a claim, no email address and the live Chat doesn not work (I've been trying for days) they don't even reply on their Facebook page so to see they advertise themselves as finalist in Best Overall Insurance Broker makes me wonder who nominated them.
