Do not use this bank

After having 2 business accounts with Barclays for over 40 years I now can longer tolerate their appalling customer service. Due to a change in staff I needed to update my signing mandates. After a year of filling out forms, telephone calls and e-mails they still have not accepted my information. I have no idea what they are doing with the information I send them, but they are not logging it and every time i chase this they I get the same response and yet another form to sign and send back. The final straw is now they have actually suspended access to one of my accounts. I am making immediate arrangements to change. Reviewed on: 31st October 2023
