I have been a loyal customer of rbs for over 20 years, I have never once made a claim,
Unfortunately my perimeter wall was damaged and because it was a police matter I was advised to lodge a claim.BIG MISTAKE
I have had no help whatsoever, at one time I was assured my claim was being investigated and I would be updated daily nothing.
All I can state is thank god it was an outside wall damaged and not any internal parts of my house.
RBS seem happy to increase my policy cost each year but are doing everything in their power to be unhelpful.
My recommendation is not to have them cover your policy ,
