Incompetence affects your credit score

I changed jobs a few months after taking out my loan, the date my salary was paid in is 8 days after the installment date because I had to cancel my Direct Debit and was paid 8 days later they then notify the credit referencing agencies you have defaulted/missed a payment meaning your score will go down. I called moneybarn and had to wait over half an hour to get through to them to explain and request a change of payment date. They told me the credit referencing details have to ...
